How HostOps Atlas checks prices
HostOps Atlas is an independent price comparison of vacation rental software for hosts with a few listings. Every price comes from the vendor’s own pricing or help pages, with the date we checked it.
The rules we follow
- Official prices only. We read each vendor’s pricing page (and help articles where the page links to them), save a dated text snapshot and screenshot, and keep short verbatim quotes next to the source.
- No estimates. If a vendor shows only a “from” price, a quote form or a calculator we cannot reproduce, the plan is left out of the price tables. It is listed once, collapsed, under “Not yet verified”.
- No currency conversion. A price is shown in a currency only when the vendor publishes it in that currency.
- Rankings ignore money we may earn. Plans are ordered by verified price and documented facts. Affiliate data is removed before ranking, and automated tests check that adding or removing a programme changes nothing.
- Re-checked on a schedule. Each source has a review date; a price past its date is no longer ranked until it is checked again.

Independent comparison. We earn a commission if you sign up through our links to Hospitable, Uplisting, Hostaway (affiliate links, marked "affiliate" and rel="sponsored"). Other vendor links are plain links to official sites. Commissions are never an input to the ranking: plans are ordered only by verified price and documented facts.
